Airport transfers - I want to start on a positive because once I dealt with Lisa it was a whole different experience & the reason for my rating. If I rated the phone operator then as mentioned in previous reviews it would be a minus! Sadly also the drivers should be prepared that people travel for business & just have little cards to give as receipts - refusing is not good practice & doesn't encourage people to use them again.

Used them this morning to go from Tredegar House to Newport station. Driver (Naz? Maz?--slightly muffled through the mask) was a delight. On time, knew the quicker way, helped me with my bags (I am disabled) and made the whole trip a load of laughs--and I won't mention the subject of our jokes, but they were about 'available facilities'. Great service.

Great man I bought my first RC Car from him a few days ago and he recommended the best one and great price I will definitely come back to him again

Driver went totally the wrong place to pick me up! Then proceeded to shout very loudly and aggressively at me, I asked him 3 times to please not shout at me! He continued being very aggressive! I told him that the office said my pick up point was fine. He replied, the office know nothing, and are stupid, like most people here are! He really made me feel very scared of him, and loads of people were looking at me in the car park of Tesco! Even some guys from a van parked nearby, told him not to speak to me like that! He slammed the boot of the car shut, slammed his door, and drove in an angry manner! The whole experience was terrifying! He didn't even wait for me to put my seatbelt on! I have been a customer for over 15 years! My mum used this firm, from when I was a teenager! He should be ashamed of himself frightening a lone woman like that! Please employ kinder drivers!

Excellent service from booking to drop off. Easy booking and tracking system and text updates. Professional and friendly staff. I was concerned travelling late at night alone but they out me at ease and sent a nice driver. Will definitely use again. Nice to see a taxi company so professional and modernised. Especially as I don't want to use Uber.
