My wife and I have just returned from our first post-pandemic holiday and, in a bid to avoid some of the queues, booked our airport transfer with Elite Travel Wales. The whole experience was first class. The immaculately presented Mercedes arrived spot on time and we enjoyed a smooth, stress free journey to Bristol airport courtesy of Murat. The return journey was equally professional and worry free. A quick message to Murat once we’d retrieved our bags and we were collected from the pickup point with a minimal wait. We highly recommend Elite Travel Wales and would have no hesitation in using their services in the future.

First time we’ve used Elite Travel Wales to take us to Gatwick Airport from Newport. Murat was our really friendly and confident driver who got us safely to the airport in plenty of time for our flight. Murat picked us up for our return trip and we had a really pleasant journey home. Very easy to book the trip and text messages kept us informed with arrival times. Live flight tracking meant we could relax safe in the knowledge Murat would be waiting for us. I was happy with the service I received from the moment I contacted Elite Travel Wales regarding a requirement for airport transfer for two households. The communication was very clear and friendly with regards to the booking of the airport transfer and for both the journey to the airport and being collected from the airport the driver arrived on time, was friendly and there was no delay with reaching our destination which helped to take away any concerns. What a fantastic service!. Constant communication from our driver from the time we landed at Bristol airport to meeting Ozzie in the Drop off Zone. Had a wonderful experience with Elite Travel Wales. We travelled to and from Cardiff Airport for a weekend at the rugby. Communication from start to finish was spot on with Kirsty. I would highly recommend this business, as from start to finish the service was extremely professional. I booked a car for an airport transfer to Heathrow from Wales, and having never used this company before, I did not really know what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. The driver was polite, suited and booted, assisted with our luggage and even had sweets, water and that day's newspapers in the car to ensure we were as comfortable as possible! The pickup time was on the dot and the same driver and car collected us at Heathrow to bring us back home. We changed our return flight and whilst we were hopeful that the company could accommodate our revised time, it transpired that we needn't have worried, one phone call and we were reassured that the driver would be there at the new time, and he was! The car itself was entertainment in itself, it was a silver Mercedes S350, and after chatting to the driver it seems this is their STANDARD vehicle!!! Reclining, heated seats, with gorgeous soft leather, we did not want to get out when we got home! We loved our trip so much we have booked the same car and driver again for our next holiday in August 2019 and cannot wait!!!
