I have used VIP over the last 12 months , to various hospital appointments to London & Birmingham. The service they provide is by far a 5 star service. Even before entering a vehicle you are made to feel at ease & safe. From the first phone call to introduce themselves , to collection & dropping safely back at home their standards are very high , professional & reliable. The drivers are very professional & their vehicles are extremely comfortable & very well kept. Throughtout my lengthy journeys with them i am offered service stops , never made to feel like i need to rush anything & my peace of mind knowing they are waiting after my hospital appointments is of comfort. It makes the stressful experience of treatment & appointments much more bearable. I cannot recommend VIP enough !
