I hired them to pick up my frail parents and my sister's family in Toronto and they went over and above to ensure they were supported through every stage of the way! Having shielded for most of the pandemic and being unable to arrange a lift for my 2nd dose, it was amazing to get such excellent service and wholesome conversation at no cost. The gentleman Nick came and picked me up even though he was stuck behind bin lorry lol and took me to my appointment and brought me back. Today I was blessed by God when Nicky came to pick me up for my Covid vaccine. He was charming, professional and prompt on collecting me this morning and gave me a call prior to arriving so I could be ready. I laughed all the way to the medical centre and all the way home too. I can't recommend Halcot cars as highly as they deserve. However I for one, will use this fabulous service again.

Such a helpful service, a taxi to the Covid Vaccination surgery. Nick kept me informed about a slight delay and had informed the surgery of our delay.The whole event went smoothly and removed the stress of having to negotiate possibly icy roads also no sitting about for 15 minutes after my jab, as I wasn't driving myself. I shall definitely be contacting you again when I am offered my second vaccination.

If I said the driver's timeliness was tardy, I'd be lying! If I said Nick (the driver) was grumpy and unfriendly, I'd be lying again. If I said he was officious, don't believe me; I'd be lying! Even if I said he lacked conversational or people skills you'd be absolutely right not to believe me. Actually, I don't know of any other taxi companies offering this service. PS: I love his mother and his daughter!

I found the overall service was excellent and friendly. Due to unforseen weather conditions causing trouble on the road I was asked if I would mind being picked up a little bit earlier which was not a problem! 5* service Called Nick on Saturday in a rush as our car was poorly and desperately needed to get from Brixworth to Peterborough to pick a new one up, Nick was busy but managed to find a time to fit us in! Arrived on time, was very friendly and accommodating, lovely, comfortable vehicle to travel in too. And SO REASONABLY priced we couldn’t believe how we’d struck so lucky, I mean he was £25-30 cheaper than all the other quotes we’d had! Traveling from the States to visit friends in Kettering, Nick at Holcot Cars was recommended to me. He was waiting for me in the terminal, helped scoop up my luggage (had a bum knee for the trip) and off we go. The car was sparkling clean, a nice bottle of champagne was waiting for me, amd we're in and out of the airport in no time. The trip to Kettering was uneventful, just me and the champagne enjoying a safe ride through the English countryside. I liked it so much, I booked him for the return back to LHR. Highly recommend.
