Friendly and helpful booking office. Texts sent keeping us informed of arrival time and driver arrived early so reduced any stress when needing to catch a train. Will definitely use them again.

I used this company so many times. This was recommended by a good friend of mine who used to use this company before. Wonderful Company, Driver was on time and chatty, car was clean and of course the Dispatcher was lovely. I'd definitely use Mayfair Taxis again in the future and would highly recommend using Mayfair because there service are wonderful and price of the journey was great!

We used Mayfair Cars for our taxi run to Heathrow airport and had an exceptional service. Bookings were confirmed by text message and then on the day we were notified when the car was on the way and again when it was nearly there. He was very punctual (sorry we have forgotten the driver's name) and he was polite and chatty on the way to the airport. On our return we again received messages to let us know the car was on the way and when he had arrive. We were met at departures by Ray even though our plane actually landed more than half an hour early. Ray helped us with our bags and again we had a very pleasant journey back with soft drinks on offer and a nice chat all the way home. We would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again for future airport runs or general taxi service.

We used this taxi service on Sunday evening to and from Derngate. We were very impressed by the information before the taxi arrived on both journeys as well as informing us of the car arriving. The cars were very comfy and clean. Both drivers were pleasant and the journey direct and fast all at a very reasonable price. Will certainly use them next time

After calling a number of local taxi companies (not saying any names) who all had negative responses, i was pleasantly surprised to hear that the gentleman at mayfair was polite and reasonable. The price provided was also reasonable. Let's hope the journey is in keeping with this experience.

Great service. Texted confirmation of booking without asking. Texted when taxi was on its way and also another when arrived. Was a bit concerned with return as rather an obscure place to find but again texted when despatched and also arrival. On outgoing journey and return arrived within a few minutes of requested time. Would definitely use again
