Modern railway station conveniently located for Northampton shopping and entertainment. I would expect more facilities for a station serving such a large town but nice to see an independent coffee house on the ground floor. Plenty of parking space. Be warned there is a very limited taxi service from the station taxi rank during morning rush hour so best to book a taxi in advance.

I normally use Bedford Station to get to London, as prices from Kettering are extortionate!! However Northampton is a much nicer Station, with easier parking and better access! Much easier to navigate around and find where you need to be! This will be my go to Station now!

Well maintained and clean station. Friendly staff and nice facilities.

Northampton Station, still known to locals as Castle Station, is much improved compared to a few years ago. It is brighter, cleaner, and safer than it used to be, and there is a much bigger car park. The Magic Bean Emporium (coffee shop) has opened downstairs, and there is a WHSmith upstairs, and another coffee shop run by a company with a mermaid logo.

So much better than the old one. Can get busy at peak times so buy season tickets at the weekend.

It's a good railway station, but i couldn't find any useful information about parking ,so i took some pics for helping you guys. Sorry not the best quality, but i think still good for us.
