Easy to contact. Best taxi company in Norfolk. We booked the driver 3weeks in advance but needed an earlier time than booked as I did not feel well. Turned up within 15 minutes and charged a FAIR PRICE for our journey home. Thank you.

Booked a taxi in London for pick up in Norwich at 11:30pm. Driver arrived early, was notified and had a very pleasant conversation along the way. Of course, his driving was excellent and I felt safe. Got to my destination in one piece. Brilliant service from the driver and would recommend Bestway again!

A little on the pricey side but the cab came on time which can never be said for certain other local companies with an app.. My driver Francis was a friendly, insightful and just a genuine pleasure to talk to. His driving was calm, even going over bumps was methodical and deliberate as not to make my luggage jump around and he was more than happy to accommodate my needs regarding where to be dropped off. Will be using again.

Pre book taxi. Everything you'd expect. Arrived on time, text message to say they'd arrived. Friendly driver and friendly person on phone to book with. No issues at all and a fair price for fair miles. Cheers :) This was a 1045pm taxi on a friday night. Looking at other reviews I suspect they were asking during more peak times. However we had no problems.

I arranged a call at short notice to pick me up at Norwich station and the driver was on time, on a Saturday. Got me to the airport as desired (I was supposed to be collecting a car but could not get through.so asked if he could wait and take me back if needed. he agreed and waited the car hire company were closed so I went back to the station in the taxi. Nice chap perfect service. I have used in the past and never had a problem. lady on the phone was friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend

Called directly to Bestway Taxis and spoke to friendly guy who arranged taxis for us and our small puppy without any problems. Efficient service nothing too much trouble. Drivers were on time and super friendly and knowledgeable re local info. Called another taxi firm prior who were unhelpful and made a big song and dance about putting dog in cage...I explained we were on holiday and didn't have cage (crate) with us....pointless.... Would highly recommend Bestway Taxis.

I sadly didn't grab the name of my driver today but I just want to say how much I appreciate him and the controller! In a state of panic after 2 buses didn't show and unsuccessfully calling 4 different taxi firms I was losing the will to live and Bestway managed to squeeze me in. Tracking the taxi as he was on his way to me helped alleviate the anxiety and the driver used streets I didn't even know existed to get me to the train station in time for a mad dash to my platform. You guys saved me £40 in rebooking and really were the difference between me making or not. Thank you for all your kindness and getting me where I needed to be!

Paul was waiting outside my hotel before the time for the 10am job. As i was going to a barn in a field he researched the best route as it was a muddy track we had to go down and was pretty much in the middle of nowhere! He went above and beyond driving through mud and this off the road track to get me to the destination i told him i could get out and walk a bit so he didn’t get stuck but he carried on and dropped me right outside the barn! thank you paul!! i hope other drivers take a note of your book! Ansar picked me up from the barn later that day and he too went above and beyond to get me back to the station on time! thank you!

Not on time but our driver Mohamed was excellent. 1st weekend after lockdown so I imagine that things were slightly different to pre March 2020. We haven’t been out since then, and this was our first time out since restrictions were lifted. Can only imagine that everyone the same as we, and wanted to feel normal again. Yes not on time. Who cares? Mohamed was great nice to have a conversation with someone who isn’t in my bubble! What a welcome change.

Used Bestway for the first time recently. Called and I was told the driver would be 15 minutes , which turned out to be 25 minutes. Also, they are a bit expensive. 9 minutes drive cost £10 so be sure to ask the cost of your destination before booking so you're not surprised.

The good: Driver arrived early, telephone booking + arrival confirmed promptly via text. Perfect. The bad: Told operator we had 4 large pieces of luggage, but this was not communicated to the driver (Glen), who was clearly grumpy about this. His bad mood accompanied us uncomfortably for the remainder of the drive. This culminated in him insinuating we would try to not pay with a bad joke, and then once I did pay, saying I underpaid, assuming I would attempt to short-change him. In fact, I overpaid with a 2 pound tip for an 11 pound ride, for the half-hearted assistance with loading and offloading the luggage.

Excellent service from Bestway, I booked a taxi about 7pm last night (after a couple of companies virtually put the phone down on me) for a 4.30am pick up today, to Norwich bus station for Heathrow Express. Taxi arrived bang on time, driver was very pleasant and fare was very reasonable. Will definitely use again.

Fantastic experience today. With all the main roads closed in Norwich city today their driver still managed to pick me up from aylesham road and get me to the station within 10 minutes leaving me just enough time to grab my tickets and catch my train at 11:00. Wouldn't of made it without them, having not known about the 10k Race until it was too late. Friendly chatty driver as well, and his knowledge of the city routes and other roads to take saved me from missing my train. Will be using Besteay in the future instead of ABC.
