This was an excellent service. The taxi arrived punctually to the minute as requested, and phoned ahead to warn us of his approach. A very smooth and comfortable ride, and the car also had a huge boot as requested for all our bags. I strongly recommend this company.

Needed a last minute taxi and noticed black swan as a new option on Google. Within 10 mins of calling I had a clean, well presented mini bus turn up (at a busy morning time). Plus it has fine wood finishes and disco LEDs in the back. It was a fun taxi experience! Would definitely recommend! 👍👍

Only been let down one time by Black Swan Taxis, otherwise stellar service and always have someone ready to go. Would highly recommend, understandable that there have been some occasions where it's very busy etc! Keep up the good work anyway!

Every other service in Norwich was booked. Downloaded the app, booked my ride for late on a Friday, and got a confirmation. Get in! With 3 minutes to go before booking time, I got a call! “Your Mercedes E Class will be with you within 3 minutes”. It was there within 2 minutes. Cordial, professional driver, smooth ride, perfect service! Will be the first place I go from now on.
