Left my phone in the taxi accidentally. They came to my place of work when it was convent for them at no extra charge and dropped my phone off. The owners son Tom I believe. Had a really good posative chat aswell. Overall brilliant experience and service. Having worked in a taxi firm for 10 years on dispatch its great to see smaller companies with such a great customer attitude and service. Definately a goto taxi service. Fully recommend

Great company, turned up early waited around, I used them in the early hours, they were one of the only companies available at this time, didn't beep the horn which I was happy with. Friendly driver. Will use them again

Well I arrived in Norwich for work for 2 weeks I was working in Flixton Bungay so it's a 40 minute drive from the city I used green frog taxis twice a day!! it was way more than just a taxi firm they really made me feel at home and by they I mean fiona and slippery, well fiona was lovely always early and waiting outside my hotel in the morning even waking up before her shift would start to make sure I got to work, fiona literally was like a mum to me she even washed my clothes as I was away longer than expected what taxi firm do you know that provides that level of service ? none !! and then we got slippery aka bbq man what a great character he is he always got me to work 15 minutes early even when I had a cheeky 5 minute snooze even after 16 hour days these guys still put a smile on my face I just want to thank you and ill miss you both

They are extremely professional, punctual, helpful and very important clean, comfortable and more than adequate vehicles. Drivers are pleasant with lovely British manners and knowledgeable about places and routing. The owner is always accommodating and a pleasure to do business with. I always have referrals for them. Used these guys for over a year now and reasonably often. Now about to book a cab. Small firm, which is never easy when competing with the large ranks. But always pleasant, fairly priced and clean cars. No automated answering service either, so you most often get straight through to a driver.

I'm gay and I choose them because they don't judge and they are reliable, seems someone is slating them for whatever sad reason. All I can say is they're the best firm I've used in Norwich!!! This is a great taxi service. I took one of the black cabs from Norwich station and paid a very high price for my journey. My return journey to the station with Green Frog cost half the price of the black cab journey!! Great service and a lovely cabbie called Charlie. Thank you.
