J. C.Yes 5 stars for a railway station! Clean... Great team of staff. Happy to help you when you need. Nice bunch of shops. 3 places that do Coffee, so take your pick. Trains were clean and you could hear the announcements loud and clear too. So yes 5 star for Norwich train station.
k. k.Such a great city for churches and have a so many windows for buying tickets and have a strict for without ticket.
S. M.The station is located very near to riverside. It is nicely maintained. The service to Norwich was quite good. The staff is very helpful.
There were various pamphlets placed in the centre of the station for everyone to pick up and have information about Norwich, Norfolk and many other useful things.
Also, there is coop store at the corner. It had all the needed eatables available for travellers. I even liked the collection of books over there and purchased 3.
U. S.Amazing architecture of the train station from the outside. It’s been really well maintained over the years.
T. B.It was clean with two food places, (one was Costa) and somewhere to sit in between trains to have some food etc (The M&S food shop was closed.)
The train staff were helpful.
Very pleasant surroundings, and comfortable trains too.
J.It's a pretty station but they need to correct the two closed empty stores which shut after Covid, one being an M&S and the other an indoor pub.
The station has a Starbucks, a WHSMITH, a newsagent, a Subway and one more coffee place which is good, they just need to sort out the two empty stores which ruins things.
W. H.Just a reasonably big railway station with the right amount of amenities. Difficult to become excited about it though. However, when a dog had a wet "accident" and the owner tried to find help with cleaning it up, a station member of staff was there in no time with mop and bucket. Problem taken care of.

a. k.Always plenty of staff around to help however not enough staff in ticket office. I had to use machine took day return instead of open rtn and then had to pay for tickets again. In the country where I live a return ticket is just that you use it to return when you want! It will be nice when they put something where m and s was.
E.Easy access with helpful and friendly staff. Cabs are outside to take you where ever you are going. Handful of places to eat whiles you wait for the train. Clean station
