J. C.My bike broke on my way into work and I called Norwich Taxis UK. Within 5 mins I'd been collected and was on my way. I made it to work in time which was really important to me as I am only 3 weeks into a new job. The driver was interested without being intrusive and very kind and helped me out of my panic. I hope my bike doesn't break on my way in again, but I'm confident if it does on Norwich Taxis UK as my plan B. It was a big taxi, so could have fit my broken bike in too if I had known.

r. p.Lovely lovely lovely manager! Really helped us when we were stuck with 2 x 6 foot bookcases in town to get them home. Helped us get them in and out, charged a reasonable price and clear was a very hard working man. Very happy with our service
