I. M.Very impressed with Royal Cabs yesterday. I needed a taxi to take my Mum to hospital for an appointment. The driver was fantastic!
S. M. o. N.This is an ok taxi company, they have hackney carriages which are good for me as I am a wheelchair user. I recently used them for a funeral, rather expensive, they charged £40 for a round trip of just 3 miles - they also took half an hour to pick me up after the service.
T. P.Never had the need to arrange travel for a 'wheelchair ' before..but this company made it so easy. From the initial booking/tracking of taxi/details of driver and vehicle..but most of all the driver was prompt, attentive thoughtful of our needs...would absolutely recommend.
K. W.I booked Royal Cabs for a relatively short journey to take my disabled Mother-in-law from her residential home to a local retail park for a Christmas trawl around the shops, food and then return journey.
The person taking the booking was a charming lady who could not have been more helpful. She asked all the right questions and took great care to ensure she had all relevant information. I received a text booking confirmation about a minute later.
Our driver, Wahid, was absolutely brilliant, he was well on time and took care of wheeling M-I-L on board and ensuring the wheelchair was securely in place for the journey.
We confirmed the return journey and slightly adjusted the timing while en-route. Again, Wahid was on time for the pick-up and did everything at both ends of the journey.
Royal Cabs made the whole trip a completely stress-free experience and we will definitely be contacting them for any future trips. I cannot recommend them highly enough, they are a thoroughly professional company.
