Said would be ten mins but ended up for 30 mins wait time Driver was chatty and nice not to expensive.

Airport late night pick up. Driver was a little late, but did phone to apologise. He was very courteous and we had a good chat on the way home putting the world to rights! He was very respectful of our things and treated us as though we were royalty, a lovely driver and a wonderful human being.

The best taxi service in the UK. Forget about Hackney carriage. Trent are cost effective. My family and I have used this service for many years... Over 25 years. Please trust this service. I don't always like complimenting services. I tend to be a bit cynical about even the thought of compliments ; but these guys are the real deal I've only ever felt an angst against ONE driver. Personality clash In over 25 years, that's really good! We're only human. I'd rather live with comfort and peace, than perfection. They really are good at what they do. In this life,, are we not all trying to succeed? Well, trying and failing (only the one time in all that time)..., it's better than failing to try I know what I'm talking about. Try and see Make your own minds up.

Used your service back from Heathrow. Driver was polite & extremely professional. Car was superb! So many companies display cars that are nothing like the picture but this one was. I will definitely be using your services again.

From the old days till now being owned by DG call centre staff are great friendly as too the driver's. Only had a couple of mess up things but they where sorted very quickly at the time. Become good friends with a lot of drivers old and new not forgetting the staff on the phone's had many a phone brought back to me.keep up the good work 😊

Always use trent taxis. Friendly drivers, always on time. Good clean taxis, during the covid 19 plandemic they have the customers safety at heart with plastic screening placed between you and the driver. Highly recommend.

For the most part this is a brilliant service, but today, the driver was rude and drove far too fast while my two children (2 & 6) were in the car and as I closed his boot drove off very fast while I was stood behind his car, the boot had bearly shut as he drove off.
