I. L.Called from Alicante airport at 8pm (BST) and a cab was waiting for me at East Midlands airport when I landed at midnight. Can't fault the service and the price was as per everyone else. Also, our driver Khalid was really good

A. F.Called Yellow Cars in a bit of an emergency (panic) in the early hours of the morning as I had received a message to say my partner had been rushed in to hospital .
Where I live is quite a way out of Yellow cars normal area so I was very grateful that the helpful phone operator was able to accept my booking.
I was informed of the companies tracking facility which is an efficient and effective service.
The taxi arrived very swiftly and the driver was friendly and professional with a very clean vehicle .
Thanks to the operator and the driver I was soon at the hospital with my partner.

s. j.Cannot fault this company. Started using them roughly 18 months ago when the "other" taxi firm were rude,abrupt and disrespectful.I've never had a problem with yellow cars. The drivers are all friendly, helpful and chatty. Never had one late cab. Their fares are consistent and fair. They go out of their way helping me with carrying shopping. I even know some drivers by their first names. Wouldn't use any other firm. You're OK with YELLOW.
J. W.Really strange experience. Used Yellow for 35 years. Always been good. My son rang on his mobile to get home from the ice rink and he was told he owed £12.30 from a trip in. February. He's never called for a taxi before. His phone is locked and he was in an exam in the morning and walked home. Waiting for someone to ring me with more details. Very odd.
S. M.Fantastic service received on two seperate bookings / journeys on a busy Saturday night before Christmas. Bookings were 'last minute' but phone operator was very helpful and was able to accomodate us on both occasions. Text updates to confirm the bookings and facility to track the driver are excellent. Drivers were friendly and phoned when they arrived at pick up points. Great service all round, highly recommend.
S. R.Well had an account with them just to get my lad to college. I had to cancel the account as my lad didn't like it there. I assumed that all the taxi's be canceled to they still sent one out the driver had a go at me for it. Even though they are good i hope this is just a one off that's why i only give them a 3 stars

The only problem, which happens in all taxi companies, are some taxi drivers who insist on stealing customers asking for more money than the meter. Too bad this type of thief is not going to be stuck here in UK. ASK ALWAYS RECEIVE AFTER THE RUN, OR CALL THE POLICE.

O atendimento dos funcionários da central telefônica é incrível. Sao educados, alguns ja sabem meu nome e sempre estão dispostos a ajudar. O único problema, que acontece em todas companhias de táxi, são alguns taxistas que insistem em roubar os clientes pedindo mais dinheiro que o taxímetro. Uma pena que esse tipo de ladrão não vai preso aqui em UK. PEÇAM RECIBO SEMPRE DEPOIS DA CORRIDA, OU CHAMEM A POLÍCIA.
