L. W.I have used Her Ride taxis for quite some time now. My friends rave about this company. Since you can ask for female drivers which for a female customer is an added bonus with this company. I have always found the drivers and management to be extremely professional, friendly and going the extra mile for their customers.
I will highly recommend Her Ride and the lovely drivers who are always making you feel comfortable with their friendly banters :)
Y.I have used Her Ride in the last month for taxi rides in Oxford and one airport pickup. The owner answering the phone is very polite and all the drivers I have had so far, females and males were all very friendly, polite and on time. Very happy with this company and I will use them again.

D.I needed to be picked up at 5:30 AM to catch a bus to Heathrow and was turned down by 3 other cab companies before finding Her Ride on a blog site (it didn't come up in my initial Google search). I was worried about someone showing up and the risk of missing my flight, but the person who took my call was very reassuring and sent me a confirmation message. The driver arrived right on time and was very friendly and helpful with my luggage. I would absolutely recommend this company and love the idea of supporting a woman-run cab operation. If you need a ride in Oxford, be sure to call them!

N.Always had good experience with this company, however today they arent answering the phone, and their voicemail is generic and doesnt explain why they cant take my call, therefore I have removed a star from my review and will remove a star every time this happens. Such a shame because this company showed promise.

I finally stumbled on this company number online and they were a lifesaver, trust me. The driver was super nice and helpful and the phone operator was patient and kind.
