Communication from booking to my arrival date was efficient and clear and all was well at the airport despite my flight & bags being delayed a little. Car was comfortable & exceptionally clean and Brian's conversation welcoming after a 24 hr flight. Will definitely use BTF again. Felt like a celeb!
