Booking was really easy, just a phone call and I was assured the driver would be there. As my booking was for early morning, and as I live in a hard to find location (many of my friends still get lost when coming to visit) I said I’d wait around the corner at 5:45… we’ll, I was pleasantly surprised when I opened my front door this morning at 5:40 and the driver was waiting patiently outside. As for the trip itself, the driver was very friendly and engaged in conversation for the whole journey, and we arrived in plenty of time at my destination. Great service - now the only taxi company I’ll use.

I had to book a last minute taxi for my sister from Stansted to Peterborough due to train strikes and the service was fantastic! much cheaper than any other taxi and they've called before pick up to make sure she can find the taxi driver. I was nervous as she was travelling from London by herself for the 1st time and they've made the whole journey so easy and smooth. They've also reassured us that we can contact them if she had any issues with further travelling. I'd recommend their service to anyone and will definitely use them again. 😊

I was very happy with our driver, Waseem It took longer to get out of the airport and collect my luggage so i arrived over 1 hour late, also my phone battery died but the driver mnaged to collect me by coming inside and displying my name on bord which was very professional and take me home safely. Good taxi service. I have been ordering these for a while and they are never late. There have been zero to no issues with payments and the drivers are very understanding except for this one time. If there was ever an Uber replacement that I would recommend it would be this taxi company. I am also thinking of using them more regularly as the prices are much better than Uber. Also, I suspect a larger portion of the fare goes into their pocket as compared to the 50% of Uber.

Comfortable ride from home to Peterborough. A pleasant and safe journey by a Pakistani driver who was friendly and chatty throughout. Arrived early, and was happy to wait until I was ready to go. No rush, and no fuss. Only thing to mar the experience was trying to book via their new automated system. I was not prepared to install their app, and so my daughter booked the taxi for me. Hence only a 4* rating.

Arrived a few minutes earlier than the booked time, exceptionally clean car and very well presented driver, who was also polite and courteous. The driver didn't rush us as my wife is disabled and takes time to transfer from wheelchair to car and vice versa at our destination. The style of driving was first class, far exceeding my wife's request to take any speed bumps with care as amongst her other disabilities has a spinal problem. Our thanks to as a company for ensuring the driver was dispatched on time and a special thank you to our driver for ensuring that our journey was a pleasurable experience.

Rang these good people tonight when my son was stranded at the cinema in Peterborough.
