D.Turned up on time but didn't wait as the person needing the taxi was getting her stuff together. 2 minutes would have been enough but he turns around, I opened the door and said 2 minutes and he drove off. Uber next time as I know taxis love people changing to uber!

J.Yesterday night was a real struggle to get a taxi or a bus to Plymouth argyle Football Club, as we were massively let down by need a cab who I will never use again. my mum can't walk it due to being disabled, so I called a1 shaun's and he went out of his way to come and get us and get to our beloved football team, just in the nick of time! The driver was so lovely and friendly, and the fairs didn't cost much at all. I will definatly continue to use this service and I highly recommend thses guys to anyone. J.It was twenty past two on a very cold, rainy February morning and the missus had forgotten to pre book a cab to get home I must have called every cab firm in the city and the earliest I Gould get was three hours. When out of the blue A1 Shaun’s taxi answered his phone, very politely considering I was so late and taxis seemed to be so busy and 15 minutes later my unbelievably beautiful and ever so delicate soulmate was safely on her way home. Amazing service, very polite and bang on time.

R. R.Had to take an emergency trip to Derriford hospital with my 11 month old son. Typically, it was a Saturday night - we were phoning and phoning taxi companies who all told us "sorry, no taxis for the next 3 hours", even when we explained the situation. However, even just hearing Derriford hospital the driver dropped everything to come and take us, stopped at an ATM for me along the way and even rounded up my change. When my son started being sick on the journey, he offered us paper towels to help. Absolutely fabulous service, couldn't have asked for more. Made a stressful night far less stressful. Thankfully, little man is fine, apparently a bit of delayed onset concussion from a bump at nursery!
