D. P. B.I'm so glad I arranged car service from Neville! He was a great communicator, picked me up on time, and he even helped me find a UK charger for my phone on the way to my destination. He was very friendly and pointed out places of interest along the way to Lyme Regis. He went above and beyond in every way. Definitely recommend Causley Cabs!

Neville was so quick I couldn't believe it , with us in 10 mins and so kind and thoughtful even bringing what we needed to we didn't have to do a longer journey . Myself and a friend visited lyme regis, on our ride out to lyme our driver was kind enough to take us down the scenic route so we could see the sea, that was a really lovely touch and made us even more excited to be there! The gentleman who drove us back to the station was also very polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend these guys to anyone in the lyme regis area. Fantastic service I shall definitely be using them again!!

We were picked up and dropped off on a pre arranged or ad hoc basis at various times of the day and evening, but always punctually and with great good humour. Causley cabs were a God send ...and fantastic value for money. We were impressed and grateful in equal measure. To be recommended.

We didn't know the area well and did not wish to drive our rental car at night on the narrow and dark roads. Every time we needed Causley Cabs - even with scant advance notice on our part - they were there on the dot. Their fleet is modern, clean and very comfortable. The ride is always easy, safe and carefree. The drivers are extraordinarily personable and knowledgeable about the wide areas they cover. And their rates are extremely fair. We've traveled the world and ridden in more cabs than we can count. There is no cab service better than Causley Cabs .

The most reliable taxis iv come across in a very long time not only did I get to experience the stunning views of Devon I also met a very lovely couple who thrive on keeping the clients happy!

Z. L.Super efficient pickup and friendly driver, I would definitely recommend. Sarah rescued us, actually twice today.
We were staying in Charmouth and were trying to go to Lyme Regis for a dinner appointment by bike. However, because of the hilly roads, we had to give up riding and called a cab to rescue us. We called Causley Cabs and Sarah came to to pick us up within 10 minutes at a roundabout.
When we came back from dinner with the bike, the path was quite dark and hilly, and therefore we could only walk through a long path with our phones as the torches shining the road. Sarah saw us on the road and kindly gave us a ride back to Charmouth for free and saved us the trouble of going through the dark roads.
Besides the superwoman story, Sarah was also of course very friendly during the whole ride. It was very pleasant to be Sarah’s passenger.
Would highly recommend Sarah and Causley Cabs. Make it your go-to lab in Lyme Regis :)

I have used them for both work and personal trips anywhere from Axminster station to Heathrow Airport. They must be the only cab company that will provide you with the number of another company if they are busy and can't take your booking. Well done Sarah and Neville - keep up the great work.

The first time on the way from Charmouth to Lyme Regis, when we called for a cab after all buses stopped going. And the second time a few hours later, on the way back - we were walking back to Charmouth through the dark and she recognised us as she was driving by, pulled over and offered a free ride back. Really, the definition of going above and beyond.
