5* The best taxi firm in the area! We stumbled upon easy cabs after trying to get a taxi after work one night and they’re now our first choice. We’ve met some fantastic drivers, every single one of them are always happy to chat on the drive home & they always remember us too which is lovely when you think how many fares they take each day. After a long shift it’s nice to know they’ll always do their very best to fit us in. I’ve got to say, if Jay picks us up we know we’re in for a 20 minute comedy show on the way home, he’s an absolute star!

Don't know the drivers name but number plate starts with FD60, driver was absolutely lovely. They dispatcher misheard me so we ended up in the wrong place, then Google maps took us to the wrong place so that's twice already but despite this we had a good chat and a good laugh, I felt safe and would trust this driver with my life, I just wish I had some more change on me so I could have given him a tip, he definitely deserves it and all the praise! Be sure to thank him.

Fantastic firm, lovely drivers and very helpful staff. My friend and I missed the Torpoint Ferry the other night, we had a taxi booked to pick us up in Plymouth so I rang the firm to let them know and was told “Don’t worry, the driver will wait for you”. Used to used alot and never had a problem, until one day I finished work late and tried to call them to make them aware I wouldnt be able to make the booking in time and couldnt get through to them. I called 5 times, no one answered so I had to carry on working. Once I had finally finished work I called up apologising for missing the taxi, explained that I had tried to call them and hadnt got through and asked to book another taxi for asap. The person on the other side of the phone then got rather annoyed and said how the driver had been waiting for me for ages and they refused to send another taxi out to me that evening even after explaining I wasnt wanting to walk home alone at this time, they then hung up before I could sau anything else. It was half one in the morning at this point, so I had to walk home through towm and mutley by myself in the dark and I was rather scared.. I felt very close to this taxi service before this incident, I just wish they treated me with more respect when dealing with the matter rather than completely refusing me service for the night. Gutted.

I found easy cars taxi firm when I had previously been let down by another taxi firm and to be really honestly I will never use another taxi firm again! Easy cars are a professional and a reliable taxi firm that provide amazing customer service! They will text you to confirm your booking, text you again to say they are on the way and again when they have arrived, brilliant! I even had a call one day just to say my driver was a bit late but is on his way, which is amazing particularly when there are taxi firms that you can’t even get hold of an operator to begin with. I have to give a special mention to (terrific) Tony! Who picked me up every morning to take me to work. He is the friendliest taxi driver I have ever met, especially at the time he was picking me up!
