Booked MOT online with an easy selection of time slots. Sent a text message preliminary confirmation followed by a phone call with full confirmation. Brilliant 👍 On test day the garage was easy to find with a nice waiting area for customers. The staff were absolutely brilliant and friendly, keeping me updated on the whole MOT progress. Around 45 minutes later my car had passed with a few advisories, these were explained to me clearly. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs an MOT. Great work, and thank you 👍

Great customer service by Marc recovered my car from my house for me replaced turbo oil pipes then done an oil and filter change. I took my car in on Monday with a rattle and a broken wiper motor mark Said leave it with us and top garage all fixed and very cost affordable thank you to all who helped get my car sorted it’s now as new again. Definitely recommend.

I apologise as this is a long one... I bought a car from J and I Sales and (thankfully) took out the 4* warranty for 2 years. A year and a half on, my car was making horrendous noises which resulted in me going to Halfords to get it fixed as they are open on a Saturday - £500 and a new timing belt kit later the noises were louder than ever and my ABS, EPS and tyre sensor lights had all come on. I could not afford another costly trip so I went to J & I Service and Repair to have it looked at, hoping it would be under warranty. The guys here could not be more helpful. Marc and Scott were amazing from the get go, communicated to me the various issues as and when they found them, and did everything they could with the warranty. Luckily the sensors come under warranty, so I didn't have to pay a penny to have those issues resolved. They went above and beyond and even got me to send the Halfords invoice to them so that they could try and claim some money back for me, even though they were super busy, they did everything they could to help me out. Absolutely outstanding customer service and great at communicating clearly to someone who has no idea about cars! Chris was also fantastic - he is an expert VW/SEAT/anything German specialist and this was really evident when he noticed that 7 of the bolts from the under carriage were in the wrong holes! He showed and explained it to me regarding bolt sizes etc., and I could visually see that the bolts were not in the right place. He said this could have caused a wheel to come off while driving which could be fatal. He took the time out to rectify this issue and I am forever grateful. I paid £185 to have a full service at Halfords when getting the timing belt done and this was not picked up (not sure if it should be during a service, but it shows the difference between going to an actual expert!). Chris also noticed that the timing belt was on too tight which was causing some of the noises. I drove away feeling safe, secure and without any horrible noises or dash lights - I went in for a sensor issue and came out with my car being fully fixed, and all under warranty! I'm also looking forward to getting some money back for the timing belt. I cannot thank Scott, Marc and Chris enough for everything they did on Friday. If you don't know much about cars, save yourself the hassle and potential for being ripped off and go to these guys! Also, would definitely recommend taking out the 4* warranty.

These guys did a full service, cambelt and water pump on my VW t5 motor home. Service was spot on. Polite and helpful. I had a lot of questions and these guys were more than happy to answer then and new their stuff. as part of the service they recommended new brakes in the near future and were honest about the costs and time to fit them. They gave me a descent price so will be more than happy to book in to them for more work.

Absolutely amazing service and amazing guys came for an Mot this morning I was late so managed to squeeze me in. I did need other parts and service to be done to the car otherwise would have failed so they done everything they could to get me on the road the same day one of the guys even drove to get the parts 20min before they was closing all work was done to completion and worked 39min after they closed just so grateful and happy thank you gents for the service brilliant will be coming back again for anything that needs to be done. I recommend to anyone wanting MOT any Services alwsone people thanks again lady with the Renault megane x
