E. S.Excellent service! I booked with Ivor at Ship to Shore after having no luck with other taxi services in the area due to the ongoing disruption with the train strikes. I knew I had to get quickly from the ferry port to the station to make one of the only trains from Plymouth to London. Ivor booked me in despite all that, and ensured I knew where the driver (Steve) would meet me and that he'd wait while I disembarked. Overall a brilliant service, excellent value and I'll be using them again (and recommending!)

From beginning to end the service was brilliant. We agreed a specific time and place and they were there waiting. Even texted upon arrival. The journey was comfortable and clean, and I was even asked if I needed anything from the shop on the way home.

Ivor explained that they were fully booked for the time i wished but would ensure we were picked up. Ivor did not let me or my wife down, although he was personally unable to pick us up he stayed in contact via what’s app and assured me that a taxi would be available, to his credit the cab arrived a took us both home on such a difficult night of the new year. They turn up on time every time, we live in Torpoint so good timing is so important or we risk missing the ferry.
Their large taxis are big enough to take our group of 8, and their drivers so polite and accommodating.

Rest assured he was waiting for me outside. Took me to the station for the normal fare, some other companies would have charged me do much more due to the weather. He's a very nice guy too. He was so polite and allowed me to sit in the front, due to me having difficulty with my legs and getting into the larger taxis. I an so happy this guy called me back and picked me up. Or else I would be still waiting and would miss my train.
