Used this taxi company for the first time this week, on two occasions. Comfy, clean cabs and polite, chatty drivers. (Don't let that put you off, I'm sure they'd give you a peaceful trip if that's what you prefer.) I'm very chatty too!! Even came round and opened my cab door for me. Great customer service and at the top of my contacts list now!

Mr Patel was SO helpful and efficient on the phone. A long journey sorted in a short amount of time during a stressful situation and the booking service on the phone couldn’t have been easier/better. Outstanding customer service and due to it being a business booking, they called when payment was received and texted once passengers were on board to inform me. 10/10 service! Recommend to anyone! Made me stressful situation much less stressful!

While your company is stellar for the cost of its services when it comes to transit too and from, taxis being comfortable and the like. The conduct of your driver when it comes to this predisposition to get irked if someone missed a call was blunt. Though it can be a stress thing so thats okay I guess. I'm however surprised that your firm doesnt do visual checks of taxis after services. Anyone could leave anything in there especially if they have alot of bags and they have had a dismal day. You dont know what's in someones bags or on someones stuff. A lack of even a quick visual check leaves risks dependent on what might have been left and would appear to have in my case resulted in something I lost on your service being stolen/taken by another customer. I wish you all the best and understand that you think a visual check isnt something you can do. I cant say I am in agreement with this but I hope we can agree to disagree. However, Due to my experience with the second phone person paired with the loss of property, I must respectfully indicate I will likely be hesitant to use your service again. Got this taxi as an alternative to another company. The driver Abid was very lovely and welcoming, plus charged me a very fair price. I will be switching to this company due to its great customer service from both the person on the phone and Abid.

I booked a journey to take us to Whitewell near Clitheroe from Rufford, and return the next day. The quote was reasonable compared to others I had. Driver was on time for both pick ups. He was very friendly and helpful. Top marks from me.

Used this service when Uber were not responding and was really impressed by how fast, polite and efficient the service was! Only issue was the ‘call driver’ function didn’t seem to work but apart from that it was really good and the link they send via text to track the driver was so useful too!

I wanted to send this email to you to say how amazing Rif has been with my autistic son who travels alone to a specialist school. This is my son's 1st experience of travelling independently and is very nervous and Rif and his co worker have really helped put his mind at ease and have been so kind with him as well as punctual, consistent and so reliable which is key in this situation I would highly recommend this Company and also their caring nature goes a long way and it is priceless knowing I am sending my little boy off to school in the kind, caring hands of this Company.

When I’m in Preston I only use this Taxi service. They are on time, personable and professional. They even returned to the airport where I was dropped off because I left my wallet in one of the cabs. I was so grateful they would drive all the way back to return it. Highly recommended!!

I ordered a taxi which arrived quickly, however my experience was very expensive for what I got. I paid over £30 for a 12 mile journey from the station to my friends house when I was quoted £20 the day before when enquiring about the cost. Thankfully I had extra cash in my bag otherwise I'd have been in the middle of nowhere. Just though the experience was expensive, but the taxi driver was efficient, took the shortest route, was friendly, and a fast/safe driver.

Hi I would like to leave a review for one of your drivers who picked up my mother today (Christmas day) she has early stages of dementia and is very vulnerable. the car registration number was BN09TEJ and the license number was 556. He was very polite, unloaded her bags,escorted her to the door, saw her inside the house and made sure she had turned the lights on and generally made sure she was ok. I'm very impressed with his care and consideration. I would recommend him and AAA taxis again. also they were £7 cheaper than miller's well done.
