Superb taxi company for getting you from A to B, reasonable rates: Meter Start is £2.20 with the first mile being £3.80 inclusive after which it is £2.00 per mile. Set fares are available for all Airports, Long Distance and Contracts. Vehicles up to 8 people, Executive and Standard Cars, all are modern and super clean, with friendly, helpful and local drivers. *Tariff information provided by the company at my request

Used Tardy Gate Taxis on a night out in Preston just after the bars opened up to sit inside. The taxis I booked turned up on time and the car was very clean also the driver was good to talk to. Definitely recommend.

Excellent. Friday night England's game v Scotland rang about 10pm they gave us a time kept us up to date on progress advised us when they were outside and they were within 2 minutes of quoted time first class

Fantastic service. Recently had a fall and hurt my leg so a bit unstable on my feet. Went to asda to get some essentials and then home again. The driver insisted on coming into the store with me to help me. He also refused to accept a tip saying ' I didn't help for financial gain.' Faith in human nature restored. I think his name was Ian.
