Rob arrived early, was incredibly pleasant to speak with and clearly very knowledgeable on the Air Condition system. He set about leak checking and filling the system of my car, and although I was somewhat nervous that there could be a bigger issue with the system, he had completed the job in a short space of time. These are the sort of people that I like to deal with. Straight talking, efficient and extremely helpful. Appointment made very quickly and they arrived bang on the window I was given, even though they encountered some heavy traffic! They explained the process very thoroughly and got on with it. 25 minutes later it was all done and my aircon has been working perfectly since. The price was a bit more than quoted, but that was because my car needed a huge amount of gas, so no complaints from me there! After long research on Google, I decided to get my aircon system serviced by Rob after reading the reviews. Initially, the car was booked on a Friday and I let them know that if a slot because available to let me know. They did let me know which was great and the job was done 2 days earlier. I live in Southampton which is no covered by him and I was lucky enough to have a friend that lives in Basingstoke. I didn't mind travelling as long as someone capable was doing the job. Rob did an outstanding job on my Vauxhall Corsa E and I can't thank him enough!

After 11 years the air conditioning on my Land Rover Discovery 3 was blowing out warm air. I considered buying a kit from Halfords but at £80 I thought the car deserved a full air con service at only £15 more. Rob and Tina turned up 10 minutes early, Rob was very thorough, he leak tested and then re-filled the system to the correct specification, he was happy to explain everything he was doing. Car is now blasting out cold air. Whole process probably took the best part of an hour.

My 12 year old Ford CMax needed attention as the AC was not working. Not even the compressor would not kick in when the AC button was pressed. Rob came to my property and completed a first class job on the car. After a meticulous check of the AC system, he explained what the general condition of the car was. He recommended we first try a re-gas, but made it very clear of the risks due to the age of the car. Fortunately this worked, and 6 weeks later I am still getting cool air. Everything was very professional and with the current COVID-19 situation, he was very conscious of keeping his distance, and cleaning the areas of the car he came into contact with. I can’t believe how thorough and informative the Cool Air specialist, Rob, was when he came to check and recharge my A/C system in my Jaaag(lol). He inspected the accessible areas for leaks checked if there was a leak and informed me of a possible problem in the future but wasn’t a problem at the moment. He was professional all the time and even explained what bits of his equipment did and why he was using them. A genuine and honest franchisee who, I would trust over my vehicles service centre. 'Rob and Trish (from Reading) came and sorted out the aircon on my car today, after I called them yesterday. He really knows his stuff, investigated the problem and sorted it out. Rob ran tests for leaks, emptied the system, checked the before and after temperatures and refilling with the correct coolant using all the proper equipment.
