K. N.The car was on time and the driver was pleasant unfortunately he had no card machine despite me specifically asking at the time of the booking that we would be paying by card. The driver also asked us for directions and did not bother using the satnav which looks a bit unprofessional.

Overall, I am very confidant they will soon by one of the finest taxi companies in Reading, purely on the basis of their desire to serve community and their drivers in a super professional way.
