Very prompt service. Although driver was reliant on sat nav and started to take me to the wrong place. Had to give directions. Car was very clean. And not as expensive as some taxis

Bitterne cars are fantastic- such a personal brilliant service and a company I trust, not only because I usually travel alone, but after a few experiences where the taxi turns up late or not at all! I won’t trust any other company or Uber!!

Brilliant company, drivers are lovely, kind and polite and make you feel welcome and safe. Had to book a taxi very quick due to problem with my car and getting to work and they were so helpful and friendly and got to work in plenty of time. Perfect car company and lovely people. Would recommend to anyone.

Brilliant taxi driver who made sure that my nan got to her front door ok in this weather so me and my 9 month old son didnt have to get out, then he helped me with my push chair to the front door of my flat when i got home. There should be more drivers out there like him

Bitterne Cars are absolutely life savers!!! I got let down by another firm I orginally book with at the laat minute and the lady on the phone was absolutely brilliant as she went out of way to fit me in. Charlotte Hughes must be using another cab firm because Bitterne cars don't have a text nor a ring back service to get in touch with you. I should know I've worked there for 7 years !!!!
