H. R.Previously a fantastic experience and very reliable. Lovely friendly drivers but was really let down recently when I booked a taxi prior to leaving on a trip the next day, confirmed over the phone and they didn't turn up! When I called them they didn't even apologise and just said driver had not set off yet which makes me think that they hadn't actually recorded the booking. I used them specifically as I knew there would be fewer Ubers at that time of the day and I had luggage so needed a lift to the station. Luckily I had left plenty of time and was able to get an Uber eventually but was stress I didn't need as I was getting transport to the airport!

D. J.Use door 2 door almost every day to get to work and go back home. The cars are always on time, office staff are friendly, and drivers are always helpful and considerate and cheerful. I cannot fault the service at all. I have been using DOOR 2 DOOR for a few months now without fault after i received abysmal service from radio taxis after being charged a fortune for journeys and being being ripped off on many occasions by their rude drivers!

S. M.Great Service, arrived right on time, in fact a little early. I received sms and email confirming my booking. That was for local transfer. Then when arriving at Heathrow in the middle of the train strike I phoned them and they turned one of their taxis around to come and collect. Yes there was a delay as the taxi was some distance away. But better than waiting 4 hour for National Express. I was put in touch direct with the driver and he gave me alert all the time as to how far he was away. They charged £95 for the journey whilst the Airport Taxis quoted £240 for the same trip. Would recommend them any time
