Atul collected myself and my mum who is not mobile in an adapted vehicle for wheelchair users. He was very courteous and friendly and made my mum feel very safe and secure during the drop off and collection charging very reasonable rates. I just want to express my total gratitude to Freedom Cabs for coming to my rescue yesterday evening. My hospital transport did not arrive to pick me up from wheelchair services in Chandlers Ford and after waiting for 5 hours I decided to phone for a mobility taxi! No one wanted to help until I phoned Freedom Cabs. Atol, the owner, couldn’t have been more helpful. He went out of his way to ensure he could pick me up. Such a relief! Atol and Ally are very friendly, helpful, very reliable and punctual and most of all very trustworthy nothing is too much trouble for them if you need a cab for any reason make these your FIRST call, have used these many many times and found them 1st class and never been disappointed.
