I was exceptionally impressed with the fabulous and outstanding service that I have received from this wonderful company. From the moment I first spoke to Ian & Jan, I knew that I would never chose anybody else again! I received the most efficient, helpful, and reliable service from start to finish. They have the most beautiful fleet of luxury vehicles, from cars to transporters to cater for everyone. The vehicles are clean & fresh, the drivers are smartly dressed, polite and nothing is too much trouble for them. I am so delighted that I found these guys, I’m now even using their services for my customers to travel, and I would highly recommend them to everybody looking for that “upper class” quality service above all the rest! Great service from PLUS Chauffeurs for a girls night out. Arrived on time to pick up five girls, lovely friendly driver, Ian dropped us off at our venue and was there ready to collect us all when we were ready to leave and then dropped each of us at our own homes. A family member recommended for my transfer from Heathrow last year, and I was very impressed by the friendly, reliable and professional service. So much so that I booked them again 2 weeks later when other family members made the same journey, and they were equally as impressed. After the flight time from Australia, it was a much needed oasis. The ride itself was nothing short of luxurious - extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean - and with the added bonus of a friendly chat en route, something which really helped at such a stressful time, as sitting in silence would have only served to let my brain run riot! Amazing service from start to finish. I wanted a reliable service for my partners 50th birthday celebrations, they didn't fail. Our driver Ian was charming, with great a communication through booking and confirming our requirements. Supplied bubbles for our journey and because it was such a short journey he went the scenic route so we could enjoy it. Vehicle was spotless. The journey was part of our evenings celebrations and not 'just' a transfer between two locations. Highly recommend.

Ian took us to London and back as part of a day outing. Ian was very friendly and chatty and made our trip to London very comfortable. He opened our door to get in/out and even had a Gary Barlow playlist for the journey home as I had mentioned I like him. We had bottled water provided in the car. Ian dropped us right to the door at our destination and was waiting for us at the same place to return home. Truly outstanding service and exceptional value, would highly recommend to anyone reading this! ____________ Myself and my family used plus car transfers a few days ago for my sisters wedding and I have to say that they were exceptional from the outset. I’m not one to write reviews however plus transfers really deserves more recognition and we were all in agreement that they are the only car transfer company we would use now going forward! My dad liaised with Ian in the run up to the wedding who really put our minds at ease at what was an extremely stressful time! We had a wedding planned but we’re not even sure if it would go ahead due to it being unknown if the second lockdown would be extended or if the restrictions would change for weddings/events. We hired the 7 seater Mercedes in the day to transport the bridesmaids and mother of the bride to the church and then onto the hotel for the reception. Boz our driver really went the extra mile to ensure we had the most special day and was so helpful in helping us load everything we needed into the vehicle. He arrived almost half an hour early which really put our minds at ease and meant we could relax and not worry whether he would show. Boz was smartly dressed and everyone commented how friendly he was- really just such a nice guy. The vehicle was immaculate and ideal amount of space for everyone so would also be ideal for other events and airport transfers (we will be using them next year for certain, providing we can get away in the current state of the world!!) When we came out of the church we found that boz had set up a bottle of Prosecco in the car with flutes in case we wanted a celebratory toast- such a special touch and not something we knew about so that really was a lovely surprise! :) We also arranged for plus transfers to come back at the end of the evening to pick up the bride and groom in the Mercedes car and the seven seater again for the bridesmaids and father and mother of the bride. Jan and Ian were so flexible (we actually called to see if they could pick us up earlier and they left immediately to head down to us) and we’re smartly dressed on arrival and so friendly and kind! They were so complimentary of my sister in her dress and made us all feel so special. Both cars again were immaculate and can I also comment that all 3 drivers were very careful on the road and we felt in very safe hands. Thank you Boz, Jan and Ian for really going the extra mile and delivering amazing service from start to finish. We used Plus Chauffeurs for a family airport run and return journey. Ian was prompt despite the 0300 start and smartly dressed. His vehicle was immaculate and fresh bottled water was provided to all passengers. He got us there safely and comfortably. Our return journey was met with a small delay due to problems with an earlier booking but we were kept updated by Ismail and Ian and again had a stress free return journey by Ismail who was smart and polite. Would highly recommend and will be using their services again.
