Usually a very good service. However, when it’s bad it’s really bad! I had booked a taxi at 1:50 to come at 2:50 as I had a train to catch. Luckily I called them at 2:45 to ask where it was because it was still going to be another 20 minutes! I had no notification of this at all! Luckily I booked an Uber and didn’t miss my train

I was brought home from the Royal Stoke hospital a week ago by Fes. I am disabled and he went above and beyond all that was expected of him. He is a most courteous and helpful driver. I really enjoyed my trip back home. Thank you Fes.

Be careful when ordering a Taxi from this place! I have used them in the past a few times and they have always been good and fairly. However i recently had a trip consisting of 7.5 miles in total with two drops we confirmed a price of £20 on the phone and with the driver and it even said on the drivers phone attached to the windscreen £20! When we arrived at the final address the price had gone up by £5 with no reason why! I would have paid £5 tip in fairness but it felt like the driver was unsure whether he was getting a tip so just said £25 which was really annoying especially as we made it easier for the driver by asking us to drop us on the main road instead of the street we live. Car was a Toyota Avensis to which i still have the registration of from a text sent to me for the booking. I suspect the driver will deny this but all he's doing is ruining it for the other good drivers that drive under the name of ABC Supreme. This has not put me off using ABC Supreme but next time if it happens again i shall dispute it with the office before i get out the Taxi

I booked a journey several days ago from Stoke-on-Trent railways station to a village where my cousin lives, with a return journey two hours later. Owing to disruption on the railway line, my train was delayed by 40 minutes. I phoned ABC Supreme Private Hire and explained my problem. I was dealt with superbly and the operator even asked if I needed my return journey to be rearranged. Everything went like clockwork. The drivers were polite, helpful and efficient and I got to and from my destination absolutely dead on time. I cannot thank the firm enough in what had been, up until their intervention, an extremely trying day. I also found their prices extremely reasonable, but actually this was a secondary consideration; what I needed was people who knew their job, and they showed this in spades. I shall certainly use this firm again.
