Great service, fast arrival and good communication by text. Much appreciated after being let down by Uber and messed around by another firm.

Been using this company quite a lot for the past three years, sometimes taxis on a Friday take longer to arrive as most drivers go to Mosque, which I don’t find to be a problem, waiting a little longer doesn’t hurt. Taxis in most cases arrive in 5 minutes or less and I have never personally got a rude or disrespectful driver like most people on here claim. I find most drivers to be very chatty and polite and willing to make conversation. Maybe am just a likeable person? I tip all drivers even if it’s just 20p or a £1. Definitely worth 5 stars (I haven’t added rush hour traffic into this review, s**t happens and people get stuck in it, including taxis)

Excellent service taxi was on time, also taxi driver helped my Mum to the car and also made sure she got to the theatre door as it was icy. On phoning for a taxi to take her home it arrived within 5 min and made sure she got in to her house. Can’t thank you enough for your service will use again

Big thank you for saving our day. We needed a taxi with disabled access for 5 passengers and had been let down by a local taxi firm on the day. Ace taxi came to our rescue and took us to Sheffield. We were going to Sheffield for our sons Graduation with my elderly parents and staying for a couple of nights. We arranged for the taxi to bring us back. They were reliable, friendly and good value. Highly recommend.

I rang ace taxis and booked it at 5.30 needed to catch the train. Taxi turned up outside my brothers house on time 5 mins early. When I reached the station I found out I missed my train because of my own fault. I though train was at 6pm but it was actually 5pm. Needed to get to Bristol hospital with in 4 hours. Thanks to the driver who took me straight there with in 3 hours outside the hospital. Very nice n chatty driver and a very good sensible driver Mitsubishi Lancer evolution. Keep up the good work lads.

I cannot thank Majid enough - he was absolutely superb. My car had broken down on a Saturday late afternoon 200 miles from home, a woman on my own. I had ridiculous problems with my breakdown company - so Majid took me to a breakdown garage who fixed the problem Sunday morning. I had to get a train to a friend for the evening - Majid checked at every stage that I had got on a train, arrived at my friend's, was safe, that the car had been recovered, was being fixed - he then collected me the next day and checked again that the car was OK, that I had fuel, lead me to the route out of Stoke, and then called again to make sure I had arrived home safely. If there is a way to recommend him for being the epitome of customer service and kindness beyond belief, please let me know.
