Great to speak directly to a human being after endless frustrating automatic telephone booking systems for cabs in Derby! Irfan looked after me and my 85 year old husband really well - ferrying us brilliantly to and from the National Memorial Arboretum for a poignant annual memorial service. And when John left his iPhone in his cab Irfan immediately sent it on to us - on a Sunday. Wonderful service thank you!

Rang for a taxi from download festival at very short notice, the driver was really accommodating and made sure to stay on the phone while directing me to the taxi pick up area. Searched for the fastest way to the station so we didn't get stuck in traffic and was really polite and chatty the whole time. Really pleasant experience. Thanks again!

Very impressed with the service provided. Shab, the driver, called us as soon as we arrived to tell us to let him know as soon as had collected our luggage. Irfan, the owner, also called to give details. Shab was waiting for us in the car park and it really was like being met by an old family friend. Very welcoming and easy to get along with. Kept us entertained all through the drive home. What a thoroughly lovely man. Would totally recommend this company, I will be using them again for the return journey to Birmingham airport.

I've been with this taxi company for 9 years now, I've never had one problem with them at all. All the taxi drivers are very kind, polite, friendly, and approachable. Great company, been very reliable for us for 6 journeys in difficult pickup conditions (at a music festival). Added bonus is that one of the cars is a kitted out black Mercedes with full leather interior, like being chauffeur driven! Totally recommended.
