Price - not too shabby.
Making the booking - repeated myself several times, to no avail. Wanted to pay by card, the operative was causing a faff. I ended up paying cash

Instead of asking me to find my way to hotel on foot, the driver dropped me there and asked me if there was any other help I needed. That was so homely.
