We used Malcolm to take us to the airport. Prompt and friendly on arrival. A choice of music to set us up for the holiday along with complimentary alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and snacks. The mini bus was very clean and comfortable and he has everything " just in case". The return was in the middle of the night and after a quick message after we had collected our luggage he was waiting at our collection point with a smile and snacks. Great service and will be using him again next month and have already recommended him to friends and family.

What can I say apart from we will definitely use Malcolm again without hesitation and 100% percent recommend to anyone. I arranged transport for my cousins to go to the airport this morning, picked up at 7am on the dot, confirmation that they had arrived safe and sound and they said 5* for excellent service all the way. Couldnt recommend this company enough, we used Malcolm for our annual trip to Blackpool, the complimentary drinks and snacks went down a treat especially with the kids..When we arrived at our destination it was pouring down and couldn't access our caravan for another 2 hours and Malcolm stayed with us to drop us and our cases off. No other company in my opinion would do this. Will definitely be booking in the future..Thank you so much A* service.

Malcolm took us from Stoke to Nottingham for my friends hen do, best start to a hen do ever! Who says the journey is the boring part! Not in Malcolm’s taxi!! He arrived with a free bucket of mixed alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks to get the party started, along with a good sing song the whole way! The journey wasn’t long enough! Malcolm couldn’t do enough for us. We stopped for a loo break, he took us to the hotel to drop cases off then took us to our total wipeout location! It truly is Luxery travel! The next morning, hangover snacks and fresh drinks!! I highly recommend Malcolm’s Luxery travels to anyone! I will definitely recommending him to friends and family and 100% be using his company again! Thanks Malcolm for adding extra fun to our trip

Amazing service.. got offered refreshments on pick up and return for an airport transfer. He was already waiting for us at the airport on collection. Kept us updated on where he was and where we needed to go. All round top bloke will definitely use again.

I can only think of one word which would accurately describe this companies service, EXCELLENT!!!! From the moment we were picked up by Malcolm the service was 2nd to none, comfortable, spotless mini bus with refreshments, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, snacks, definitely the best start to our holiday, highly, highly recommend this travel service
