J. H.AUTOCAB - MAGNUM fantastic service 👏🏽 Where do I even start, the BEST FIRM IN STAFFORDSHIRE! Used these guys on many occasions never have they let me down professional service and always on time! Not to forget the staff they are well mannered unlike some other firms , Zeeshan is a regular member of staff I speak to when I book my taxis in he is such a polite well mannered chap keep it up 👍🏼. Well maintained up to date fleet of cars always clean, driver give you a warm welcome, polite, talk to you from pick up to the drop off point time flies Without a doubt I’d HIGHLY RECOMMEND AUTOCAB and MAGNUM (one firm now) thank you guys for getting me out and about safely 👏🏽

K. B.We pre booked a Magnum taxi to pick us up from Manchester following the euro cup final for 11pm. After coming out of the venue the taxi was not there and after trying 37 times in 45 minutes to get through no one answered and we were left with no way of getting home. At 1pm we got a call from the taxi driver to ask where we were but having no choice and no communication from them for 2 hours we had to get an uber costing us over £240 to get home. We are now in contact with them to obtain a refund but apparently this has to go through 'management' who funnily enough are never there when we call. I will keep this review updated and see if they can deal with this professionally.
*UPDATE* Magnum did get back in touch with us and did send sincere apologies for the mix up that happened. They refunded us the funds for the trip and also provided us the difference for the Uber. We thank Magnum for dealing with this due to the swift response would use them again in future.

T.I was lost somewhere messed up with other taxi driver literally crying on the road and then a taxi driver I dont know his name he met me in Hanley and I asked for the help he helped me to drop me in area near jobcentre and didn't asked for money.I dont know him but want to say a big thankyou to him. Sometimes people are disguise in angels.
