S. S.I can not fault the service at all! My children go to school and back everyday by taxi as I'm too sick to take them and not once has the taxi been late. All of the drivers are friendly and kind with the children and the gentleman I speak to in the office is so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend!!

T.I used swan cars to go to the doctors in agony with my back on the way back home I was told by driver (car2 ) to get in the front I struggled in pain to get in only to be touched inappropriately by the driver I felt violated and in agony with my back I didn't sleep last night and called to report this morning they didn't seem bothered by it I used to take the phone for this company I will never use them again out of order

M. “. M. H.Great service. Took the taxi from East Midlands airport to Burton. Driver rings you on your mobile to check you're through customs before coming to the pick up point .You can no longer stop on any of the roads around the airport. The airport charges £3 for the pickup but the taxis have no other choice but to pick you up from there at your cost.

couldn't ask for a better taxi service! I never use anybody else. with all my health problems. I can 99.9% rely on them to always be on time (everybody has bad times what with traffic and that but that can't be helped) they have always gone out there way since I've been ill to help me with whatever they can like bringing my shopping bags in and things. I've made some life long friendships with some off the drivers, their always concerned about me and asking how I've been and progress with my health! I'd recommend them to anyone there not only a reliable taxi service but also lovely lovely people. thankyou all at swan cars for all your help and care 😀😘 xxxx
