S.Richard was great, prompt communication. We went to the wrong spot but he drove down to find us. Lovely big car with a huge boot for our rucksacks and did a detour to drip off a last minute add on, no problem.

Our first time in Wales and we got off the coach in the middle of nowhere at almost 9pm we rang other cab services with no answer but when we rang Richard he answered straight away and picked us up and took us all the way to Kidwelly from Swansea no questions asked and at a very reasonable price! We had a really good experience and he was a really kind man. Definitely recommend especially because he runs his own business and it’s important to support small businesses.
