r. l.Taxi rides. Very friendly drivers and reliable service. The only thing was that because I had booked the services, I just guessed drivers knew where I was going to exactly. But they always asked and there was a little bit of misunderstanding with one of them when I was asked the post code of my destination. That increased the arranged fare since he took me to a further destination but we sorted it out on quite friendly terms.I could have saved some pounds though should he have known beforehand from my booking where I was going.
B. H.Pre-booked a taxi for 12am pick up from a wedding but unfortunately at the last minute there was a problem with the car and we had to make alternative arrangements. Subsequently, the owner of the business was prompt and professional in his response to our issue and I am satisfied.
