Great service all round! Booking process was quick and easy. Driver was excellent, great communication. Had a little trouble finding one another initially, due to unusually high traffic in the area around the agreed meeting place but the driver was so helpful. Will definitely use AirFair again!

I've been using Swindon AirFair regularly for years (Covid permitting), travelling to and from Bristol airport. Their service has always been totally reliable and efficient, the cars clean and the drivers friendly, courteous and professional. With air travel as stressful as it is these days, it's comforting to know that at least one part of the journey is going to be on time, hassle-free, and as reliable as clockwork. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The driver who picked up my mum (was courteous, helped carry her luggage and belongings to the car, and brought them into her flat when she arrived home. He was punctual. Car was clean. Emails responded to in a timely manner when making enquiries and booking the taxi. Would highly recommend.

Just returned for a short break from Prague , flying out of Heathrow and Swindon Airfair were excellent again , Gary who took us had to deal with the M4 being shut from 6-4 so we had to go via Bracknell and M3 but he still got us there on time and Rafael collected us on our return, top service from a top company , communication from Dawn (office) and the drivers are all excellent , well done all

Have used AirFair a number of times now and have found their service to be timely and efficient, and at a fair price. I have experienced 4 different drivers and they have always been courteous and pleasant. Most recently I suffered a 4 hour delay arriving back at Bristol, but the driver was waiting for me, no grumbles, and no additional charge. I would recommend.

Thank you once again for the excellent service you provided for our recent holiday flights from Heathrow. From the first approach for a booking to the final set down at home it all went very smoothly and professionally. Clive, our driver for both trips, was first class and we felt safe and secure at all times. The pick up at the airport was as smooth and quick as we have known and we were off the plane and into the taxi in fifteen minutes. The best praise we can give you is that we no longer have to worry about the trips to and from the airport.

I have been using Airfair for all of my work and personal airport transfers since 2013. Airfair were not only the cheapest in the Swindon area, they were also the most reliable. Communication is great and I always know who is picking me up, in what vehicle and from which location. The vehicles are always clean and serviceable, in addition the drivers are polite and competent. I have no hesitation in recommending Airfair.

Where do I start.... absolutely amazing service from Airfair!! We wanted to book a return taxi from Gatwick to Swindon and Airfair came back with the best price out of 4 different company’s in Swindon and I’m really pleased we went with them. The booking process was really easy and the communication over email was great. Really quick at responding which was another reason for me booking with them. Even before we got to the airport in Cyprus our flight to Gatwick was delayed so I gave Airfair a call and spoke to a friendly person who assured me they were actively checking our flight times and already was aware we were delayed!! We then arrived at the airport in Cyprus to find out our flight had been cancelled, got straight back on the phone to Airfair and had to leave a message as this was out of there business hours. 5 minuets from me leaving the voicemail I had a text message from them acknowledging my voicemail and thanking me for my communication!! Which again I feel is amazing customer service. They even looked up our re scheduled flight and were already aware of the times for our re scheduled flight the next day even before I was aware at the airport. Baring in mind our flight had been cancelled and our booking was for that day they agreed to still come and get us for no extra cost!! We arrived at Gatwick and I already had revived a text from our driver informing me he was outside waiting. We collected our bags and proceeded outside to be met by our driver Rafael. He was externally polite and professional and asked us about our trip which was great. He helped put our bags in his car and then offered us water, choice of radio station, air con on or off, and use of phone charger. I would like to say a massive thank you to Airfair and the driver as you have been great!! Will defiantly be using you in the future!! 5 star service, stress free, overall an amazing service!!
