We used this company when we were walking a couple of sections of the Thames Path. Amazing service provided even when we had a change of plans last minute. Clean, reliable, friendly and a good price. These are the people to go to if you want excellent service! It's a 10 from us!

We used this service to get us to and from Heathrow. I don’t often write reviews but this was such a good service that it would be wrong not to. Punctual collection, friendly drivers, clean car's and competitive pricing. We gave them twenty four hours notice of a week early return and they happily accommodated this. Most of all though they somehow make the journeys a pleasant experience. Will definitely use them again.

We used Taylens while we were walking the Thames Path with our two dogs. The service offered was wonderful and the fact that they agreed to take the hounds was such a relief as so many companies refuse. The price they charged for the trip was excellent. All of the staff are very friendly and so helpful. Linda, our driver was great fun and very informative on the journey, we had a lovely relaxing trip. The company go that extra mile in the service they offer and we definitely intend to use them again next month when we finish our walk.

Booked Taylens for a Gatwick airport run and pick up. Driver very punctual and friendly, vehicle very clean and tidy. Loaded and unloaded our baggage and was there to meet us at the Arrival Hall to take our bags to the car. Gone are the days of broom sticks to travel to work this is 2021 we use Taylens as a first choice to help us find magic potions and hold group events and they are extremely cheep and fast and reliable even in daylight all species cared for form cats dogs and even, E.T will now find home a lot quicker, or have a lovely stay so if you see a ufo in the sky don't worry taylens will soon get one and provide a better service than any on earth 👊😈👊
