5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all the way … Honestly, can not recommend West one limousines enough. From the day of the initial enquiry to the day of our limo trip to London everything ran smoothly. Great communication, fantastic reliable service and the limo itself was amazing. Our driver, James was absolutely superb … very friendly, polite, accommodating and professional. Trying to organise a hen do in the middle of a pandemic has been tricky, but made so much easier by their quick responses! Hired for my 50th birthday and was amazing. Arrived on time and the driver was wonderful, very helpful. Took some photos for us, drive was very smooth. Bluetoothed phone so we could listen to our music. Inside was beautiful, very clean and tidy. Really enjoyed the bottle of bubbly. I would highly recommend!

Would just like to say a massive thank you to all at west one limos. My son and all his friends had an epic trip to their school prom. The driver was brilliant. Plenty of time for photos. Music blaring for the lads and even a toilet stop before getting to the prom. Top job all round.

They were supposed to provide a limo service to get me and my bridesmaids to my wedding in two trips. The driver was driving irresponsibily and didn't know the route or timings. They were so late to pick me up that I missed my wedding ceremony entirely. The driver didn't even call me to warn me so that I could have got a taxi. Eventually the manager has taken these issues on board and agreed to provide a refund which I much appreciate.
