L.Excellent service!! i was l let down by Go cars they made me miss 3 trains in the space of an hour. First car drove off as I was walking towards him, second car didn't arrive !! I called 247 and a car was with me in 4 minutes. Phone operator was very helpful and so was the driver. Go cars customer service was disgusting I recommend this firm especially if you have an important journey to take very reliable.

B. S.No I’m not happy as I’ve been over charged, I didn’t check the text you sent about the price. The driver asked how much I usually pay & it can vary from £3.70 to £4.00 for the same journey I rarely pay the same price twice for the exact same distance. The message said the fare should be £3.50 so why would the driver ask me what I usually pay! It should be a flat rate all the time!! Not happy with your service so I’ll be looking for a new taxi company

The driver of this taxi should not be driving as his driving was awful.
Slumped across steering wheel, failing to indicate on numerous occasions and almost running into the back of another vehicle turning right.
Both my wife and I didn't feel safe at all.
I have used 247 on numerous occasions as your records will show and I can honestly say I our opinion, that was the worse driver we have had.
Not even a hello as we got in.

D. S.I was visiting my Nephew who was in New Cross Wolverhampton on Sunday 21st July travelling from Barking in Essex so I needed a taxi when I left the train station . I contacted 247 taxis and spoke to a wonderful lady on control who not only gave advice but wished a safe journey and hoped my Neohew was well . When I got to Wolverhampton I called 247 and was amaed that the same lady answered the phone and remembered me my taxi was there in minutes . My driver was one the friendliest people i have met he was a joy . I when leaving New Cross I booked again with 247 and again the staff and driver were friendly . 247 taxis are excellent value and offer a wonderful service I would reccomend them to anyone . Thank you once again
