S. M.Prompt organisation and confirmation of booking. Got us to our venue for a wedding in plenty of time. However, the return taxi for 11 did not arrive. Phoned to ask if there was a problem. Told another one was on its way. We had an 84 year old with us waiting outside for an hour and a half. Was sent reg number of one but never arrived just replaced by another automated message. Eventually phoned by a driver at 12.15 to see if still waiting. Wed organised another one by then. Very let down and very disappointed .

H. E. J.Driver arrived 15 minutes early, was not a problem in my case and was a very lovely man with good hospitality. However, the sat-nav system took a longer route I was not familiar too and later in the journey took us down the wrong road, off course of our destination. Fortunately I was able to instruct him on the correct way to go. If he hadn’t have arrived 15 minuets early, as a result of the faulty sat-nav, I would’ve missed my train and would’ve had to wait an hour for the next.
M. G.Very Friendly, I use them Every Weekend, & have had no major problems. (Only problem Is that they always go to the back of the house, & we can't see them as garages are at the back, then have to wander round the estate looking for taxi).
E. L.Pretty reliable with some very friendly drivers but unfortunately some are quite miserable and unfriendly not wanting to get out of car to help with a trolley just clicking boot to come up from inside of the car. Most cars clean with odd one where smell of exhaust quite strong
