C. O.I always use the train station here to travel, never thought to comment but today they really went out there way to help out with my 17 year old daughter who was travelling alone. her trains had been temporarily cancelled, but one woman there
in the first/left booth, aided my daughter with every step of the way. I'm so grateful to all the staff for their quick thinking and professional manner, but also taking their time to help a passenger in a personal way
K.The train station refurbishment work is complete not and it looked a lot better when compared with my last visit.
T. C.Toilets were absolutely filthy, didn't look like they had been checked or cleaned for hours
c. D.Telford train station bridge is currently undergoing a revamp. (Pictures attached). This work is ongoing until late 2018 and will vastly improve the transport links into Telford Town Centre with lifts being installed. I would allow an extra few minutes to cross over the platform due to the work with a temproary bridge in place.

N. Q.Lovely starlit visit. Good ambience. Especially enjoyed the new staircase lighting. Handy glass lift for those with weak ankles. Would recommend to all 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
P. C.Good facilities and nice bit of exercise walking over to the other platform. Good transport links with only a short walk to the town centre. Ticket office as well as self service machine means not to long a wait.
H. G.No guards in the station at nights. I returned late, and had to lift pushchair with a sleeping toddler from platform 2 to the bridge by stairs as some careless teens littered the lift floor and blocked the doors. Unsafe and uncomfortable to the point my arms still hurt after 24h. The station has to have some emergency procedures in place. Overall, limited facilities - coffee kiosk left the station, the waiting area on platform 2 is locked 85% of time. The monitors are in working order, stable clean benches and a shiny new bridge leave a pleasant impression.
D. M.The station was undergoing a large refurbishment whilst I was there but even then, the station still has step free access, ticket office, frequent buses to the town centre and a large car park to boot. Expect trains to be busy, especially during disruption however.
P. S.Normally waiting next to the platform are plenty of taxis, also this station is well served by busses. There are lots of car parking spaces. A Premier Inn and a Beefeater are nearby. The station is conveniently placed for Telford shopping centre which is a short walk over the new bridge from here.
There is a kiosk, booking office, toilets and a waiting area at the station.
С.Nice station, new bridge keeps having glass cracked on it. Trains are unreliable but that's an train problem not station. They have sheltered areas for waiting but I tend to find the one on platform 2 rarely open.
R. H.Recently rebuilt train station with everything you could need including a large (paid for) car park and hotel (Premier Inn). There is easy pedestrian access to the shopping area too.
d.I went inside the ticket office while I was on holiday, so I won't have much to say. Anyway, the station has a bad train service. I mean, i'm from London and i'm used to seeing trains pull in every 5 minutes, not nearly every 55 minutes! I really don't understand this because not only does it serve a large town, but is also within easy reach of Birmingham! Why the poor service?!
P. R.Very easy to buy tickets here and quickly board the train. Very regular service here.

when the ticket office is open there is a waiting area, vending machines and the usual display boards
Trains that I have been on (with out any disruptions) have been busy
Within easy access of the shopping centre and this is well marked

On cold wintery nights everybody has to stand outside, where inside there is a heater.
That said staff are great, clean and tidy.
All types of transport available outside.
