I've been super impressed with Barry, he is professional and trustworthy. Attention to detail:- Took me and the family to my father's house ffrom where we started his funeral procession. He wore a black tie, what a nice touch. Flexible:- Had a close relatives wedding this weekend, whole family VERY tired, Barry re-scheduled our time to come an hour earlier. What a STAR. Price:- NO New Year rip off prices, Barry has always been very keen and fair on prices, Christmas time and NYE are no exception Barry appears to be very loyal to his regular customers. Businessman:- Dare I say it Barry isn't your typical Taxi Driver, he has the presence and professionalism of a Chauffeur and treats his clients this way. The Alexander way is the only way.

I recently attended a wedding at a location outside of Wem, I was staying at a nearby hotel and needed transport to/from the venue of the function. I had great difficulty in getting a taxi for the journeys, then I spoke to Barry Alexander and he was really brilliant. He went the 'extra mile' and one journey was arranged through a friend of his due to his heavy commitments. Everything he promised he fulfilled - which in my experience is quite rare! I wold definitely recommend this company and use them again if in that area. Joan the lady driver was wonderful. It is so good to deal with people who actually 'Care.'

If your after a reliable chap who will never let you down, Barry is your man. No matter what time or how many drops Barry will be there to accommodate your needs. This is a review from a very content customer, that without doubt will use Alexander Taxi services as my first point of call. Why? As a vehicle repairer I can often have a stranded customer with car trouble, in this instance the customer was a 75 year old Gent with his wife, the car had broken down on Tesco car park Whitchurch, all shopping done, yet stranded! I was there for the car but the couple needed to get themselves and their shopping bags back home. Having called Alexander Taxi services, within 5 minutes Mr Barry Alexander was there, fast, friendly and most of all trustworthy. I had no reason to worry, our customer was in good hands allowing me to organise the vehicle repair. Brilliant service Barry Thank You..

Absolutely first class service highly recommended. Attended a wedding at Soulton Hall in August 2016 and struggled to find a taxi from Wem so please remember to book in advance if you are going to Soulton Hall, service was excellent can't recommend more highly.
