C. S.I was recommended A2B Taxis by a local, after delivering a vehicle to a remote location and needing a taxi into Truro. Excellent service. They were able to send a taxi when I needed it despite short notice. The driver arrived on time and was friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. I also got text messages to keep me up to date before he arrived. Recommended!
B. L.A2B have been great and mostly reliable for the duration of my stay in Truro, they were very quick to answer the phone. It was also great that they called me when I made a booking via the app to let me know that there were no cars available, instead of having me just waiting endlessly.
Unfortunately the driver I got today called Melanie has given me reason to write a negative review too. The car arrived and she greeted us but did not step out to help put our luggage into the boot. I opened the left side door to find the front seat pushed so far back that it was impossible for me to get in, but instead of realising this Melanie just sat there until I asked her to push the seat forward. Shouldnt this already be done prior to arriving at the destination? She then drove like she was pressed for time but she really shouldn't be when she had actually come to collect us earlier than the time I had scheduled. All the drivers I've had from booking with A2B have been absolutely lovely and friendly, but it's a shame that the last driver for my trip to be like this.

L. C.I had an excellent experience with A2B last week. I had to get back from Treliske to Newlyn (about 26 miles) at 0415hrs. The operator was very helpful, he even dropped the price from £110 to £95 without me even asking and said the taxi would be approximately half an hour. I had no choice at that time of the morning so agreed to everything and then he had another thought and said he'd divert a taxi from Falmouth which would be quicker. It arrived within 20 minutes and the driver was an absolute star. His driving was impeccable and we yarned all the way home which kept me awake after a particularly harrowing night. Thank you for a superb service. I hope I never find myself in that position again, but if I ever do, I will definitely use them again.

Had a super long day, moving back to a country I haven't lived in for over a decade. Finally got back to Truro, they were operating all night! Super professional when I hopped into the cab at the train station and got home.
I left my bag in the cab and didn't realise for a few hours, but the operators helped me find my bag and got it back to me the next day!
They're so kind with fantastic service, would recommend.

S. K.Recently been on a guiding camp to Hampshire for wellies and wristbands! We took a demo coach which was sparkling and brand new! Amazing quality, very comfortable and the service we got from our driver Sandy was too notch. She was extremely friendly and even joined in the banter and giggles we had with the girls. I was really surprised about how good the air conditioning was, as most coaches I have taken in the past aren't much cop! The only thing some of the girls said was that they would have liked some charging ports 😊 10/10 experience
