This was my first time using Collins and it certainly won't be the last. I booked my car in for a handful of routine maintenance jobs, plus a Pendle remap. I spoke to several different members of staff before, during and after the work. Each of them was polite, courteous, friendly and really professional. I received excellent advice and even better customer service. Truly very good - if only all customer service was as good as this! And as for the remap, the results are fantastic. The car is much smoother to drive with a noticeable increase in power and torque. Brilliant! Thanks Collins of Probus!

Excellent service at this garage. They are always busy as they are victims of their own success. But nevertheless they do all they can to help. I have used cheaper places but don't have the same peace of mind that the utmost care has been taken with my bike. With the high mileage I do on my bike I'm probably their most regular customer!

After reading reviews and recommendations, I contacted Gary at Collins. My VW Polo GT has now been remapped to nearly 180bhp. I'm absolutely delighted. From first contact to collection everyone was friendly and helpful. I knew what I wanted and they delivered Big Time! I had the use of a loan car whilst the work was undertaken, which was a great help. The workshop was clean and tidy. Kerb appeal does count, believe me. I can't praise this garage enough. Top class job. These guys really know what they're doing.. I had, new injectors an intercooler and pendle performance remap on my old vw t4 transporter . Ended result was an impressive 140bhp, smooth curves and more importantly NO SMOKE.. Van is now also starting on the button... The difference is unbelievable.. Very impressed.. Thanks guys. Paul. Fantastic friendly service. We hit some debris in the road, on our way to Truro city centre. The car was making a distressing noise whilst driving so I wanted to get it checked out as it didn’t sound good. I chose to phone ‘Collins of Probus’ based on their good reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. They had a check over the car and took it out for a test drive, thankfully finding that the noise had gone and whatever was causing it must have come dislodged. My experience found them to be a genuine and helpful garage. 👍🏻
