S. W.Mark runs a very professional executive level service. Clear communications with detailed summary of booking which puts your mind at rest that your car will be with you when you need it. Mark arrived promptly, slightly ahead of schedule which was great. He brought an immaculately clean people carrier which was ideal size for a family holiday. After being let down by many other local big taxi firms recently I am really pleased to find Avatar and would certainly recommend for peace of mind and a luxurious airport or corporate travel.
M. L.Brilliant service provided by Mark at Avatar for a recent return trip to Manchester Airport. He has everything right from prompt communications, his detailed online booking form/confirmation email containing all the vital information, punctual pick ups, friendly approach and comfortable ride. In particular, Mark was very reassuring when describing arrangements for meeting him in the arrivals area after collecting our bags. He tracks flight arrivals so, even though our plane landed 30 minutes ahead of schedule, he was there to meet us as planned and take us and our bags to his vehicle. We will certainly use Mark again for future airport trips and would highly recommend his excellent service.

K. H.Airport trip. We found Mark extremely helpful when booking and explaining the precaution's that he had in place regarding Covid. Arrived on time, Car was spotless and had a Perspex screen between himself and us in the back seats, plus there was hand sanitizer available. He was smartly dressed helpful and friendly. On our return to Manchester airport, he met us on time, in the terminal and again, nothing was to mush trouble. We have already booked him for our next trip. Excellent service, Value for money, Highly recommend.
M. H.I have no reservations about highly recommending this company and it's first class service.. Mark took me from Liverpool Airport to Sheffield and back again the following day . He could not have been more helpful. He came well presented in a spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable vehicle and by his manner brought an air of friendly professionalism that I really appreciated. The cleanliness was especially appreciated as my journey took place as the Covid 19 lock down was being eased and I felt a little vulnerable travelling. The Pricing for the journeys was spot on.

Never ran out of things to talk and laugh about on 30+ mins commute. Great customer service. Went out of his way to make sure my commute was enjoyable and comfortable. Very clean and comfortable car. a. v.I would highly recommend Avatar. It's so refreshing to find such a professional company in High Legh, Lymm. As we are out in the country my family and i rely on taxi's for very important trips to airports and train stations regularly. Mark is a really nice guy, he turned up on time, got out the car to help me with my bag in the boot (not many taxi's offer to do this anymore) and checked the route was ok before travelling. The car was lovely and clean and he really takes that extra step to make sure you have a good trip. I will use him again for sure and I will happily recommend him to my friends.
