k. l.I would highly recommend this company! I'd been let down last minute from another service and I contacted them only a few days before. Within a few minutes, they managed to sort it out with no stress. They explained very clearly over the phone how the booking system worked. They responded quickly and were very helpful. I think it was Kell if I recall correctly who was the one that helped with everything, he was great. The driver assigned contacted me the day before confirming the details. We ended up pushing it back 15 minutes due to someone being late and it wasn't a problem. I Felt safe, comfortable and reassured that my taxi would be there when it said it would. I'll definitely use them again 👌

Within 5 minutes he rang me back and had arranged a driver to collect the customer. This company didn't know the man had been attending a funeral, was an elderly church minister and had to be on a train and then back into London to help another person. Thank you

I had 8 family members arriving from abroad as a surprise, some of which suffered long delays & thus put extra pressure by way of last minute, panicked change requests for their transfer arrangements. I needn’t have worried. Our driver Eugene was responsive, understanding & accommodating from the word go. He empathised with our troubles & assured me they would make it work for us. He contacted me as soon as he reached my family to let me know they were safe & en route, the same on their prompt arrival to my house whilst I was at work.
